We have had our house in Chloraka for over fifteen years and I can honestly say I have never once seen the postman, admittedly we do not get many letters but there is the odd one in the box from time to time but never seen them arrive.
Now leaflets from supermarkets etc, well that's another story.

I received a birthday card on New Year Eve, birthday beg Dec, and a Xmas card posted end Nov. Today another card arrived, posted early Dec. Still waiting for item ordered in Nov. So are other people I know. I saw the postman today, he had a pannier full of small parcels, mine obviously wasn't one of them! It seems to be a yearly event.

My rare specimem arrived yesterday with a bundle of gifts.
4 bills, 2 Christmas cards and a note to pick up a parcel.
Also, about 4.00 pm the van from DHL arrived with my order.
Ordered on 4th Jan 2020, dispatched next day and in my possession on the 8th Jan 2020.
WOW! That is quick.
