Just had this message flash up on my tv .
Did a reset and message gone now .

Yes we have had the same message. TV still working but I have Connection problem at the top of the screen... But the controls are frozen..
I have rebooted the box, but get nothing but a black screen with a white line near the top..

Digby assume that you know about this.
Does using a different ‘box’ get around the IP address ?

Just received another pop up. This time from the service, provider
All seems to be well. We’re back on.

I had a similar situation to what has bee descibed but with the addition of occasionally the programme freezes and I cannot change channels. All OK though after 3 attempts at not only rebooting the IPTV box and the internet router.
