I have recently become more up to date with a smart phone. But now I am looking for a holder to use in the car.. I think it will need to be one that fits in the CD slot and swivels so i can use the phone upright or horizontal..
Has anyone got any ideas where I can find one of these locally.. ??

The CD type you mention jump all over the place and vibrate and eventually break and probably also cause damage to the CD player - I have tried this new type which can be stuck to the windscreen and forced down to the dash top and brought right to the front of the dash with 360 degree swivel and up to now no complaints - Its called YOSH phone holder windscreen dashboard mount.available on Ebay dont know about amazon

If you read the 285 reviews on the amazon one - I can also say that out of all the devices i have tried over the years that this type is by far the best

I use the one that fits in the CD player slot . I have been using it for over 2 years now , never had a problem with it , it doesn’t wobble about and has not affected the CD player . I can even play a cd with it in . I bought it off amazon .

In the end last night, I ordered the one from Amazon recommended by 71 Trans Am
