CM report; Parliament will vote on Friday (Today, 06/12/19) to scrap bank guarantees for foreign domestic workers and a bill to make it easier for landlords to evict delinquent tenants.

This is good news and long overdue. It possibly applies to guests from 3rd countries you invite for a holiday, which is even better news.
