I found this by accident. It is a long doc with Cypriot law modifications from 1953. It covers a score of different types of laws and if a section is uninteresting, just go on to the next one. Worth skimming through and mentally comparing it with today. You will certainly thank Goodness for progress. For ref. an oke = ~1.2 kg and a piastre 1/9 of a shilling.
