Just seen one hunter has died. Not sure if it's a separate incident but, I have no sympathies. It's one less to cause distress to animals although has brought it to his own house instead...

Personally I have only sympathy and can only imagine the distress to his own family. People are shaped by their culture and the way they are brought up - I don't think it's necessary to make such comments on someone's death.

I don't agree with hunting - full stop. No matter what the nationality is....
I feel sorry for the family - but not the hunters who get injured or otherwise.
It's my own personal opinion and I feel very strongly about hunting. If it's not yours, that's fine - we're each entitled to our own.

Yes it is your personal opinion, and a nasty one at that

I'm not arguing any more with you - it's not the playground.

I don’t agree with the hunting here either. There is very little left to hunt, so any feathered thing is in danger, as are Cyprus hares which are now very rare, plus any domestic cats or dogs which happen to be in sight. The way they hunt is another danger as there is no apparent discipline, hunters just go ambling around in the hills, firing at random, usually two shots in quick succession. Walking about with loaded guns, instead of carrying them ‘broken’ which is much safer. That might help to avoid unnecessary shot feet, eyes and other injuries.
And don’t get me started on the way some of the poor hunting dogs are treated..
