Do all GESY GP's do medicals for driving license renewals?

Is a medical required? I only needed an eye test to renew my Cypriot driving licence.

If you are over 70 you need a medical form completing by a doctor. As far as i am aware all Gesy GP should perform this task.. Our GP did this for my wife recently and I don't think there was a charge..
She took the completed forms (2) to the citizens desk at the Post Office and all was quickly sorted there..

My GESY doctor accepted the eye test paper, completed the form for me to take to get licence.

I never had a separate eye test paper, just the Medical form completed by the doctor

Just renewed our licenses & had to pay for our medical. We were told they are not covered by Gesy.

It used to be free at the General for OAPs like me, so we have to pay now?
