This is Cyprus, where even doctors will try their luck!

To be fair there would have been quite a few errors as many clinicians were not computer savvy - in fact one specialist just gave up and wrote the request on a piece of paper because he couldn't find a particular test on the system. Only showed up when I paid the fee and had the test at a later date. So cases like this would have been queried and action not necessarily taken - apart from being shown how to use the GESY website.
