Just received verification from Infomir that my Magbox is an original device.

It was purchased from Computer SOS in Chloraka.

I got mine from SOS, so I will assume it to be a genuine one ..

Interestingly my box is made in the Ukraine , just like infomir . Do they not have copyright laws ?

People need to take this comment on board before testing their devices.

Imagine if the police said "Phone up to check if you are on our wanted list"?

How many people would they catch before people realised that phoning up to check wasn't the best idea?

Infomir can remotely disable any of their MAG boxes at anytime they might wish to do so.
Its not worth worrying about.

I think people may be more worried that they can disable Fake boxes..

Snap , I am also thinking of buying a Mag324 . The infomir site does list recommended sites to buy their boxes from and for us in Cyprus list one shop in Nicosia and one in Germany .

Why not buy locally from Computer SOS?

Of course SOS was my first thought , but they do not have the model I want in stock .
