Just wondered if patients who have an appointment to see a Personal Doctor still have to queue at the Registration Desk to get labels or do they now go direct to the relevant waiting area to be seen by the doctor?

The latter. Stickers are no longer required for any follow up action required by your PD. They will print off referrals, requests for blood tests etc. when you enter their 'office'. After that you will have to make payments.
