Clear sky and sunshine here, at the present time. Would just love it to rain but I think it highly unlikely.

I was woken by the thunder around 0530ish. Later sat out having coffee watching the cumulus clouds building up and more thunder. However No rain. All passed us by now.

Black clouds over the hills and thunder rumbling in the distance. Still sunny here in Anarita but the rain is not far away.

It poured down, short heavy shower, with some peals of thunder while we were enjoying lunch today in the 7St George area, about 2pm. Also a lighter shower in Chloraka. Maybe help settle the dust at least for a few hours!

Heavy rain two times this afternoon producing 18mm/m2 and a temperature drop from 29c to 18c within minutes. Power cut from 1PM to 2 PM...
Very good for my solar panels ... they are proper dusted now and for the lemon trees as my 2 water barrels collected 400 l of rain water... :)
Actually very early that rain for the time of the year, which comes normally in the third week of October...
