Hi all,

I am crossing over to the north tomorrow at Pyrgos and remember seeing a thread about having to take insurance in Pyrgoss not at the crossing point, can anyone tell me if this is still the case.

It'c certainly easier to do in Pyrgos. The guy isn't always there at the crossing itself. If you need the details, it's Andreas Karlos on 99 444403 or 26 522303.

It will make life easier if you take the vehicle logbook.
All of the required information is there.
Whether you’re going for 3 days or a month, the cost is just the same.

The crossing posts have this off to a fine art. Just be sure to take your vehicle docs. They will don the rest

You might consider visiting a supermarket in the north and binging back some ‘ Effes’ beer.
