Hi turned on tv tonight and can’t get it to load ! Use ZTV screen display: Page loading error.
On left side info box:
Internet. enabled
Ip. 192. 168 & so on
Mac 00.1a.79 & so on
Ip. Not available
Mac not available
Model mag 324
Version 2.20.09r2-324
Can any body help hoping it is a simple fix.

One of my SPAM setups is doing the same.
Done all the expected reboots and checks and still the SPAM.red portal does not load.
Using another Mag setup so not bothering to enquire further this evening.

Can't help really Paul, but have you tried turning off your internet and restarting it, ie the router.

Have you tried emailing them ?

Thanks trev, turned all off & on but no joy, didn’t email them as I use computers sos & they will sort tomorrow in 2 seconds I’m sure. Just no tv tonight I guess
