Why are there not very many Public information films regarding
safe driving etc. but plenty programmes about cooking and
making an upside down cake or refurbishing an old sofa or !!!!

There should be programmes on driving standards and how to improve them.

Also Public info on First Aid & CPR.

Why is there not?
