Och behave yourselves boys. I CERTAINLY did not take offence when I read Al's comment . . . . . . . . But, I can see some 'more sensitive ' ladies may do . . . . . or would.
At the end of the day, Al apologised to those who would take offence so, for my money . . . . . .forgive him please. I would like to think I'll be taking the 'michael' out of him next week . . . . .And he will forgive me too.
To Al; ever mention . . . . . . EVER AGAIN about a lady wallowing in the bath and you will probably have 'your bits ' pickled in vinegar.

Was in Tesco yesterday, and had a close look at the various Wilkinson and Gillette multiblade razors on display. One product that did catch my eye was a Tesco own brand triple blade razor (made in the Czech Republic)...
It costs £2 and contains the razor itself, plus 5 blade cartridges, all for the princely sum of £2-00 !!
But further replacement blades cost just under £8 for a pack of 8 blades. Eh? How did Tesco work that one out, I wonder? When you can buy two new razor sets (including 10 blades) for only £4 !!!
I think the big four supermarkets in the UK think we all just came off a banana boat...

Always used a one blade safety razor, never could understand why people are doped into buying 5 blade contraptions when one good blade does the job..always buy Wilkinson sword, 1e for 5 blades.. Ive got a heavy growth and I always shave in the shower .get your skin nice and hot,
which softens the beard...years ago I bought a proper barbers razor, and tried using that, just when you think youve got the hang of it, you cut your face, claret all over the place.. still got the scars,

I have never plucked up the courage to go for a straight razor but I do enjoy a Turkish shave whenever I can get one, such luxury.
When I go swimming, I make use of the sauna then, after the sauna, I get the closest shave ever. The beard gets so soft in the sauna.
Cypriot friend always use Lemons and olive oil whilst in the sauna to moisturise the skin. Mind you, he does have lemon and olive trees!!
How are we fixed for discussing mens Fragrances? I do not mean aftershave like Old Spice, etc. I refer to proper mens eau de parfums like Chanel, Dior, Gurlaine.
I have an extensive collection including some niche items from Creed, Davidoff, Prada.

Now you're talking. Ultimate favourite Guerlain Homme, closely followed by Chanel Pour Monsieur...and then Bleu de Chanel and Hermes D'Orange Verte for around the house

I have all of those, HiC!
I quite like LIDGE (l'instant de geurlain extreme), and Jicky (Sean Connery's favorite). Creed Aventus and Green Irish Tweed are top of my list.
My day to day favorite, surprisingly, is Givenchy. Either Gentemen only or Givenchy Homme. Both very sandalwood, barber shop style.

Duty free do not really offer much.
Debenhams or John Lewis have a good selection. Selfridges have an extensive range.

I realise this is an old post, but does anyone know where you can buy shave sticks in Cyprus (Erasmic/Palmolive)?
