@Dominic: Thanks for the link to your 'winter wonderland' blog, as it's one I think I overlooked viewing previously. Beautiful scenes from Troodos in winter, it all looks so peaceful...
@Devil: My nephew in Denmark is named Brian. My daughter (who married in Pegeia back in Aug 2003 and now lives near Worcester) is Mrs Erika Ellis. Only coincidences, I know, but spooky. May we address you 'as' Brian when replying to your posts, or would you prefer we stick to 'Devil'?
@Stelios: George has a number of 4WD motors in his fleet. Don't worry, he'll do you proud, m8. And being the winter season, his rates will be very reasonable...
Yia mas! AL
George always looks after me and runs a great business. I get on OK with him and Kula. Always drops me a discount on cars.

I was only referring to Devil's old 1956 Cypriot driving licence, Stelios. Where his christian name matches that of my nephew in Denmark, and his surname matches that of my darling daughter. No ulterior motives, so don't worry. I just thought it was a nice coincidence, that's all...
Cheers- AL

Hey Al I did not think for one moment you had an ulterior motive pal. Hope you are OK and life is OK.

Thanks for all the advise and great advise. I just love CYP like Al, I visit 2 ,3 times a year and also visit lots of Greek Islands as well. I find the Greek and Cypriot people the finest in the world. Just a quick one I was in Polopenisia in May and walked into a restaurant that said no Germans allowed. Liked it.

All is well here thanks, Stelios. I really wish you all the best for your planned winter Troodos holiday, m8! Please pass on my warmest regards to George and Kula when you pop in to settle up. You never know, it might drop the price a little bit further even...

Hi Al. Winter visit is next year(Summer visit for 1 month 2018) as I will be 50 and have a bucket list, Mumbia to Kerela train as well to do as my Grandad did as a Chindit. Just wanted advise to plan my 50th year. 50 is the new 60 they say.
