No 1 - Markers for tracks or parts of an LP/CD you want to mix/scratch or whatever they call it...
No 2 - Used to handle CDs in order to keep them pristine...

Trevnhil. You are spot on. Did you use the clue in the music postings ?

Okay I think it best I display both inventions this time. The first item has a built in clue and may not be so difficult to identify.
The second item is probably impossible to identify without a strong clue. See how we go. Maybe see you soon for lunch. Pics to follow when I find the correct images.
