can someone tell me what these *silver programmes do and what are the advantages of using them.

I also used to be convinced that Subsilver2 is the bee's knees - after all it is what we all used to be seeing every day on the old forum.

Can't remember when and why I switched and whilst it was a bit strange for a few days there is now definitely no going back.

It is like staying with Windows XP rathen than going to W10 - why would you (whilst there is the iOS around anyway - but let's not open that discussion again...)?

I prefer sub silver 2 too. Mayhap it is because the Avatars are on the left.... and we do read from left to right, so maybe it feels more more natural...

That is why I am now trying to get used to the SE Square left. At least Avatars are on the left.

You would have to work that out manually. You could also work out the proportion of those people who are Mac users. If you want to be a bit edgy, find out the proportion who voted for Brexit too.
