That sums it up pretty well. The buyer was driving it without insurance nor mot but didn't have to pay a fine.

As Dominic says 'what if the driver had been in an accident' ? Who do the unfortunate victims claim off.

If its just dents, that is one thing, what if there are injuries, loss of life, dont do it folks
