The form you want is a Tom 7 , it’s all in Greek . But the staff at a citizens Center will help you .

I tried to call the CSC this morning and got fed up hanging on the phone.
So, I gave up.

But, lo and behold, they just called me back and asked if I wanted an appointment.
I said not at the moment, but will book one later.
I asked if I could ask a question, the lady said yes.
I said that I heard that along with the 2 forms ( TOM 7 & TOM 153 ) I would need
copies of utility bills. She said, only the 2 forms are all you need for renewal.

This conflicts what Mrblobby posted at the beginning of this thread..

Just got back from CSC for renewal of over 70 driving licence.

Apart from 2 TOM forms, the girl asked for 6 months bills.

I said " I only have CYTA bills in my name ".
That's OK she said, and asked also for yellow slip.
She photo-copied all this paperwork and did some filling
out of some forms and then gave me a temp driving licence.

They will SMS me in about 1 month or so to collect licence
( no appointment is necessary ).

In and out in 10 mins.

Gosh MM, when I renewed they insisted on electric bills
