Max, what a good idea for anyone like us who has surplus kwh. One of our friends also has extra kwh to use before zero hour so I will pass this info on.
However, as I said earlier we are still on a learning curve with it. Yesterday we produced almost 30kwh. We now know that we will be able to use the aircon more in the summer.
Thank you for your positive respond John. Another important thing i forgot to mention was: to open all cupboards in the house for some days when you are on dehumidify mode on your air-con.
As you said you produced already ca 30 kWh beginning of March, your installation from Green Air produced even more than average figures and proofs everything is working well.

How many days did it take to get to over 20 degrees?

It took 3 days to rise the temperature from 11 to 19c, however it stayed on 19c because Saturday's night temperature of 5c and the next nights 9c
kept the water temperature low. Today though, day 6, it reached 21c and with tomorrows higher day/night air temperature it will for sure reach 23c the next 2 days... and all this without pool cover!

Well, my friends arrived and were very pleased that the pool temperature was 23c in the meantime. Leaving Berlin in snowy conditions, it was a treat for them to jump 6 hours later in a heated pool. I must say it helped a lot that the last nights were much warmer than before, so the pool did not loose temperature in the night. They reported this morning that the pool is 25c now and they had already a morning swim...

Glad your neighbours are so pleased. Could you please give details of their pool heater and how many kw per hour it uses.

I checked the outdoor compressor for technical specifications and the pool heating system is using ca 1.8 kW per hour when the ambient temp is 15c (COP 5.20)
In my friends case they used in the last 14 days app 680 kWh. for the heat pump. Different story when the ambient temp is higher than 15c as COP goes up and consumption down...
