Ok, what is your screen resolution, and how are you zooming?
I ask because I have Win 10 and Chrome and it doesn't do it on mine.

Windows 10 and Google chrome for me ... I use the Ctrl key and the scroll wheel on a wireless mouse
All on a laptop

Well I am at a loss to explain that then. I have the same setup and it works fine on mine. Does anything else go weird like that on the site?
