The thing is this was run on a flat straight road. Up and down it several times. Not in effect a Marathon. It is not recognized as such by the Guiness book of records. However having said that -well done indeed as that is a superhuman achievement.

An absolutely incredible achievement! As a runner I am in awe of people like him, mainly because I will never be even a fraction as good as him!

A complete farce, not recognised by the sport governing bodies. An advertising/marketing stunt.

Sorry.

I suppose you critised Roger Bannister when he ran the first 4 minute mile with using a hand held stop watch.

So can either of you run 26 basically 4 minute miles?
I suspect you may struggle to walk that distance in a day!
A superhuman effort.

I have pals that do the iron man and that baffles me. I like a run at 50 years old can just do 5 to 6k at best but I enjoy it.
