EasyJet/ Ryanair

Post by daveg »

Had the misfortune to have to cancel flights , due to wife being taken seriously ill earlier this year..
Ryanair, for all their bad publicity, didnt query when presented with the medical report....refunded all and in the bank within a week.
EasyJet ,however, classify serious illness as being terminal or having died.....!
Travel insurance ,I can hear people saying ....barely worth it because of the excess . ...
So be aware...and a big thank you to a much maligned RYAN AIR....

Great Stuff – From both of you but given that Ryan Air quite often take a beating for tripping up while trying to provide a budget service I think they would appreciate all the Brownie Points they can get.
Do they not have a Customer feedback page on their website where you could post this – After all credit where it is due – People are all too keen to kick when a company falls short of the mark but never quick to point out their good points
