Standard Blue Debit Master card with Hellenic- Information

Hi there Has anyone who has the standard "light blue" debit card ever used it whilst travelling abroad - more specifically in the U.K
if so, do you happen to know what are the fees that are applicable for payment for rail fares, restaurants etc
I cannot find any details on Hellenic's website so would be grateful for any help or advice..

Also, what is the best way of getting hold of UK currency (cash) in Cyprus - can it be ordered through the Hellenic bank or are their any "bureau de change" places where I can pre order money in advance
