Cyprus seems to have got itself stuck with a cheese mountain.
Please send some to me!

My breakfast most mornings is grilled Halloumi om Cyprus bread drizzled with honey, I was in the UK last week, and bought some from Tesco, poor excuse of Halloumi, no taste squeaky rubber, it went straight into the bin, went to a Cypriot Deli, were he took them out of the brine from a big barrel, the real thing, firm filled with flavor, avoid fake cows milk halloumi.

My version of this is, put half a pitta bread in the toaster, fill up with salted fresh anari, cover with honey and cinnamon , washed down with coffee.
