Turkey

In 1996, the UNEP Multilateral Fund mandated me to check that money given to Turkey for phasing out CFCs was spent correctly. I took with me an old handheld VHS-C camcorder and had a few spare minutes in the Istanbul/Izmir regions. I've just edited them, after 23 years! Attached are two short mini-travelogues.
