Thank you for the information which is handy if anything happens on our complex.
The communal pool was cleaned by a professional pool company this morning and I consider that an essential service.
However, is there a directive regarding the garden which is tidied up once a month by an outside contractor?

Our tenants had a broken/leaking solar panel.
The plumber came with the police, so I'm told, and gave the various permissions.

The rest of this conversation ended up in the Pit. It wasn't a "pit" issue, but it got in the way of this information.
