People should only use the SMS option if they cannot print out or write out a form. Leave the SMS service for people who have to use it.

I have downloaded the form and adapted it for our personal use using just the basic personal information and then a space to complete whatever I happen to be doing at the time eg shopping or going for a walk.

That way I have managed to get three 'forms' per A4 sheet of paper and I have printed on both sides, so one sheet of A4 paper has 6 forms.

Not only saves printer ink, but I don't have all that much paper.

Regarding the email system, when it is working, it is being used to track how often requests are made and type of request and this data is being used by the authorities. I also don't like the idea of having to wait for permission to leave the house.

One way to save paper is to use a pencil.

Use the form generator to print the form with your details, but leave the date, time and reason blank.
