I don't see anything particularly new, except what has already been reported.
Ryanair stop flying to Athens. Instead going now to Tel Aviv.
Also, note that some flights on the schedule may simply not happen.
I just looked at Smartwings - Krakow. Simply nothing on their website. Neither airport, in fact!
Same applies with the French Airpost site. So I won't bother posting above for the moment. Charter.

I have now also listed flights listed to Russia above.
Note - I have flown from Cyprus to Russia, on a charter holiday flight. Just a word of warning - nobody is likely to speak a word of English!
Perhaps the charter airline that you used from Cyprus to Russia was cost cutting and didn't employ the more expensive Russian graduate.

A Russian degree is so much better than a UK degree.

For example, you study economics in the UK that is your specialism. And not very much tutor contact. Russia doesn't have such narrow specialism. The nearest degree equivalent would be International Economics, which requires study in two foreign languages. Indeed all Russian degrees require study in a minimum of one foreign language.

Go to any bar in Moscow or St Petersburg and you will find the proficiency in English exceptional.

I have split the comments from the Airlines Flying To Paphos thread so that the information doesn't get diluted. Please post further comments or suggestions in this thread.

I take your point. America is similar in that respect. You can study mathematics, and take a side course in Japanese, or Anthropology - or both )

However - I have travelled a bit out there. If, for example, you take the overnight flight from Moscow to Siberia - Irkutsk - not much chance of getting an English speaking stewardess. It's improving a bit, maybe. As for the smaller towns - get on a trolleybus or tram - almost zero chance of the conductor speaking English. I have only ever met one. Compare that with Paphos! Where the bus drivers can speak Greek, Russian, English... Итак, дорогие друзья, лучше, если вы знаете some basic русский words ))
