Paphos buses - local travel

Post by OhSusana »

Paphos buses have struck me as being clean, well run, and their drivers polite and informative in the main.

Their website is
http://www.pafosbuses.com/
and gives lots of information, with individual routes and timetables.
There is a pdf map of routes here -

Personally, I recommend them strongly, especially given the astronomical prices of taxis in Paphos - a town to rival New York and London in that respect!

Also, I would recommend people who are visiting for a week or two, or more, to investigate getting a weekly pass (20 euros), or one for a month (40 euros); well worth it in the hot summer months, even if you're just going two stops down the road to visit a friend, or Burger King, or both. )
N.B. These prices still apply in 2018.
