Glad to it's changed. Some years ago, it advertised breakfast on the menu - it may still do. We got there at 10.30 hoping we weren't too late. When a waiter asked what we want, and we said breakfast, he looked at us in amazement. "But the chef doesn't get here until 11!".

We last went to Vardas about 4 yrs ago and it was not good, has it changed hands or just been improved, will give it another try one day in the summer and see. 8-)
I started off with nothing and have most of it left !
