Myrra Tavern

Post by ast »

We have driven past this restaurant many times over the years but never been in until the other night when a friend happened to tell us they had been many times and it was a lovely little traditional family run taverna and we should try it.
Well we did and were not disappointed three of us had the Meze and all the dishes were home made and very tasty, also had the Local white wine to wash it down and that too was lovely.
As our friends had told us previously it is a family run taverna very traditional dishes and you are actually eating in the owners front Garden, the service was great and very friendly and we were informed the vegetables olives etc were all home grown by the father, for a Wednesday evening it was busy with both Cypriots and Expats, Most certainly a place to try and we will be going again soon.

The location is on Neapoleos Avenue, its the road that runs between the Time Out Kiosk and the Lidl store on Hellados Avenue. 8-)
I started off with nothing and have most of it left !
