Sorry Mike if that is your experience but I can only speak as I find and I have never personally had any problem with Panikos. When my washing machine was acting up I honestly thought I would need a new one but Panicos came along discovered the fault and repaired it -said machine is still working some 2 years later. Did you enquire why he did not arrive as this is most unusual in my experience?
