Looking to buy 2/3 bedroom villa

Hi,
We are looking to buy 2/3 bedroom detached villa, must have 2 bathrooms & private pool, west side of Paphos, a view would be a bonus, between Chloraka - Peyia (Tala, Kissonerga) €220-240k.
Tried numerous agents, but nothing suitable. A long shot, but wondering if anyone knows of any properties for sale that they have seen or friends/neighbours that are selling or thinking of selling.
We have sold our current property so will be cash buyers, ready to buy.
