Garden Irrigation

Hello all,
We have recently done our garden (well it was done on February this year) but i keep adding more plants. Anyway the guy that installed the irrigation system adjusted it for 3 times per week for 30 mins. Isn't that too much?
I was told 15 minutes is fine. But i am afraid that all plants/trees are overwatered since then, the drip irrigations are from Elysee (black/green which is 25lph) my water pressure is around 2 bar i think.
Recently before i water them, i ususally done some soil testing for dryness and i use a moisture meter as well, which shows me that underneath is WET. (Scale from 1-10)
My plants are palm trees, birds of paradise, lavender, sheflera, cordylines, and some small cosmetic shrubs.
Seems they go fine to me and had a lot of growth since then.
Whats your advice/suggestion on this? I am a bit confused since i am a novice gardener.
Attached a pic of my new garden.
