The Volcanic Vindaloo was hot - it started with a slow burn, then didn't stop until about 15 minutes after the last mouthful.

Saying that, neither of us were too impressed with the dish itself.... I found the sauce a bit too thick and paste like, I prefer mine a bit more creamy and each of us said there was a strange background taste to the curry itself, one we couldn't actually put our finger on but it reminded us of being a bit nutty.

Most likely we won't repeat that one again.

We love our jalfrezi curries from Morrisons that we keep in the freezer in case hubby hasn't got any of his own recipes in stock.

WHL, I've never had the need for emergency cold loo paper - curries or any other kind of hot dish don't have that effect on me.... I have a cast iron stomach that even strong laxatives don't provide the required solution ;-) (Too much info there, but you asked for that one) :-D
