I made this when HIC put it up on CL and followed the recipe exactly. I can honestly say that it is divine and soooooo much nicer than anything you can buy. X
) and tasted some delicious Baklava. I decided, there and then, I would attempt to make my own and suddenly remembered you had posted the above recipe. Before I go ahead - can you confirm the oven should be at 180c for a fan oven or should it be 160c?? Maggie B
