After15 years of owning our Cyprus property we expect to get our title deeds in the next 6 months or so , does anybody know if the costs involved are worked out as a percentage of the value the property ?. I have read on this forum a few years ago that a 50% discount was being offered to encourage owners to go for their deeds, it would be nice if this still applies .Thanks in advance for any replies.

As far as as I know the 50% still applies. our 73m2 apartment was €1,250 last year, €2,500 6 years earlier
