Anyone know of a reputable financial adviser that they would recommend that can deal with a Pension in the UK please?

One needs to do their homework, there are charlatans operating. There are some transparent fee based firms available. I would suggest you look for an adviser who is UK 'Level 4' qualified preferably. There are about 10 on the island I would suggest.
Fortunately many of the unqualified ex Devere salesman are getting routed out.
