Temporary tax form 2017

Has anybody received their temporary tax form for this year yet? The first payment is due at the end of the month so I am getting a bit concerned.

Easy enough to do online via JCC.

We haven't got ours yet. Last year they came about 3 days before the end of the month. I intend to sit down and calculate ours later on this week, ready to fill in when they arrive. Mind you we haven't had our overpayment back from last year yet!
