Income Tax - Underpayment 2014

I have just been advised that I underpaid my Income Tax in 2014. Not a lot, but, nevertheless, needs to be cleared up. I have spent some time on the computer with Taxisnet, JCC, et al but can't find a way of paying the outstanding amount from home. Is the only solution to go to the Tax Office in Pafos and settle the balance there please?

Thank You.

Alan

I think you can do it online via JCC.

Rejected by the Bank! There is a 12 digit ref number on my form, rejected, a 13 digit number is required so I put a "0" in front to make 13 digits. Rejected. So I put the "0" at the end of the number, rejected again.

Have a Keo and try again tomorrow.

Good night.

Don't know the amount you are talking about, but I think if it under 35.00 you cannot pay it, it rolls over to next year.

This may be why it won't go through

Went to the Tax Office this morning again to pay my 2014 arrears. You can't get inside the building you have to pay from outside the cash office window. This window is to the right of the main entrance, 1st window along. If there is no-one queueing, tap on the window and a Lady appears to take your payment in cash or credit card. If you pay by CC, you have to give the Lady your Pin Number. She does the transaction and gives you a receipt.

Where else but Cyprus would you do this?

Good luck.

Thanks Alan. Is it the entrance at the rear of the building?

Front of the building where you would normally go past the help-line office on the left before turning right and right again into the cash office. Basically you are outside the cash office in the street.
