We wanted to bring our cat back to the UK, so sorted out vaccinations and a company to do the shipping etc, unfortunately the flight he was due to fly with was cancelled due to reduction in number of flights because of Covid, so we had to put him into a cattery until a flight became available.
We used Cozy Catz in Peyia, fabulous, Clare looked after him, was infinitely flexible with us, keeping us informed of his welfare, liaising with vets and the shipping agent. She kept him despite another flight falling through until he could be flown out yesterday. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
