Paphos Life

I am told that the only Pulmonologist in Paphos area registered with GESY is the one at the General Hospital, does anyone know his or her name and have experience of their capability? Private message if necessary.

There are three at the General Hospital but not having used any of them yet I cannot recommend one in particular even though I shall be making an appointment soon to see one.

Do you know if they are all with GESY, I think they must be as my Cardiologist there told me that all of the doctors at the General would be GESY. It looks likely that the info I was given about there only being one in the Paphos area must be incorrect.

I can certainly recommend this doctor for his thoroughness and knowledge and he takes his time with each patient.

Just be aware to ignore advice given at Registration Office after paying €6 to get the labels to go and sit outside his office.

It is necessary to go to the Chest Clinic office first, hand over your notes, have a few tests done and then go and sit outside the doctor's office. The nurse then takes your notes into the doctor's office.

You are seen according to your appointment time, although that will probably be later if you have a late morning appointment as I did. Also be prepared for the doctor to fit in patients who he has earlier sent for tests such as x-rays.
