KASPERSKY

Post by jen »

I recently updated mine and since then the Rootkit Scan which used to run at the same time every day is now starting at the time the previous day's scan finished. Time is longer too.

Plus the Database Updates are being done more regularly too and seem to be taking longer.

Does anyone else use Kaspersky and are finding this. Anyone know how to stop the Rootkit Scans being done?

19.0.0.1088(c)
Kaspersky Internet Security

Should have said Dominic Anti Virus, have used it for a few years but never had these problems.

Someone told me there is now a free version as well!
