I am having big probs with my system tonight which has been fine until today

I will ask my agents if there are any problems in other countries, as I have not had any reports of any issues with holitec or cyta customers, just Primetel.

I saw on facebook people having problems with Primetel internet access in general.

I have managed to get through to primetel help line who state they are having big issues over a large area tonight but hope to fix them in the next hour. It may fix my telly prolems or not but I will be in bed by then anyway.

Thanks Guys,

I have checked Tenerife, Spain, Mallorca, France and Turkey, none are reporting any issues tonight.

It seems to be limited to primetel customers only.
