can anyone help .all of a sudden my lap top loses internet connection , have to reconnect ,say's I'm still connected but no internet access, not changed ant settings , so help

You should say what OS you are running, Windows 10, Max etc.
Alos, can any other devices access your router and get online?

It has happened to me a few times - not recently - and I found that turning the computer OFF and then back ON solved the problem.

I'm running windows 10 have a few things on the wifi but they have been there for a long time .

Turn everything off and then back on again and see if that sorts it.

Running W10 on laptop and have experienced this problem over the past few days!

I think mass usage of the Internet is affecting some regarding available bandwidth, fact of life you cannot go out so turn on your PCs and TVs nothing you can really do about this Cyta maybe overwhelmed, ?
