Returning Kindle Books

Post by Firefly »

Does anyone know how to return kindle books please ?

It seems I can't load any more until I return the ones I have read. Didn't know this, easy to obtain, hard to return.

Thanks

Jackie

Hiya, this is something I'm not familiar with but I did a Google search and came up with some results on loaned books, so I'm assuming this is what you're referring to....

I found this:
How do you return a borrowed book on Kindle?
Return a Loaned Book
To return a loaned Kindle book: Go to Manage Your Content and Devices.
Select the Actions […] button next to the borrowed book, and then select Delete from library.
Click Yes to confirm the return.

The link to the above information is here below:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer ... =200549320

I also found this:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/custom ... =200757120

Hope either of them helps!

Hi Jackie
On your Kindle, return to Home page.
Select My Library
This brings up a list of your downloaded books. If you look closely, you will see three vertical dots in the bottom right of each picture of each book. Click on these three dots for the book you want to remove from your Kindle - this keeps the book on your Amazon account so you can re-download it in the future if desired.

Hope this helps.
