A friend of mine needs a new television, ideally FHD, and discovered on http://www.stephanis.com.cy/nqcontent.cfm?a_id= that he could pick up a television made by Tesla for a very reasonable price which seemed to fulfil his every need.
I know there is a school of thought that says “you get what you pay for” but he has a very limited budget. As I did not know Tesla made televisions, I could not advise him. But any informed opinions or comments would be most welcome.

I suspect €200,00 is his absolute maximum. I know he wants FHD and he would consider a 32” tv rather than a 40”.
Tesla make televisions?
Re: Tesla make televisions?
The direct successor in the Czech Republic is TESLA, joint-stock company of Praha- Hloubětín. It owns a trademark in more than 80 countries in the world.
Re: Tesla make televisions?
Mac and what size screen, for €200's I would not expect a large screen, meaning over 32'' a Tesla was on when I last went to this shop, looked OK.
I did look on line for a UTube review but could not find one in English, only foreign languages.
This is cheap, very cheap! http://www.stephanis.com.cy/nqcontent.c ... 353183#prA

My goodness that is cheap ... I was hoping someone might have bought one and could recommend it. I am always wary when people ask for advice as I would hate to give dodgy information. Thanks Jim, I appreciate the information.JimX wrote: ↑Tue Oct 01, 2019 7:23 am Mac and what size screen, for €200's I would not expect a large screen, meaning over 32'' a Tesla was on when I last went to this shop, looked OK.
