Pool ladder flange

We bought some secondhand pool ladders but the flanges are missing - would anybody know where we could buy any from?

Thank you for your response and found it very helpful, Obviously I did not do any research before buying as my husband is very reluctant to put holes in the patio to bed the steps into. Trying to locate flanges and try this way first.

Many years ago. I worked for a company called CERTIKIN. They produce all kinds of Swimming Pool equipment. We had boxes full of flanges. Both S/S and the plastic-type as well. So I would visit as many Pool Equipment suppliers as poss to see if you can locate the rings.
